1 Scope
This Standard specifies classification, dimension, mass, permissible deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packing and marking, and requirements for quality certificate of stainless steel wire ropes.
This Standard is applicable to stainless steel wire ropes (hereinafter referred to as rope) used in purposes of instrument and mechanical transmission, stay rope, slung, shock absorber damping, etc.
