3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 7941 and JB/T 7249 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
4 Monitoring items
4.1 Monitoring and inspection items
4.1.1 energy-using equipment and refrigeration test equipment (hereinafter referred to as "test equipment") configuration of the reasonableness of the check should include the following: test equipment design program should be developed to reduce system energy consumption and economic rationality as the goal, to achieve optimal operation:
a) the test environment of the test device, refrigeration system, water system, ventilation system, electrical system and other division systems (if any) and equipment should be installed in good condition, in line with the provisions of GB/T 7941:
4.1.2 The inspection of the energy management status should include the following, under the test device measurement and monitoring instruments should be complete, the instrument should be within the validity of the calibration:
Enterprises should have a complete test device energy-saving operational management procedures to ensure that the test device can operate economically;
The operator of the test device should pass the energy-saving operation training, master the basic energy-saving operation skills before starting work.
4.2 Monitoring and testing items
Test device energy use monitoring test items should include the following:
Test device indoor (outdoor) side of the test environment between the temperature and the population of the unit being tested air state (if any):
Indoor (outdoor) side of the test equipment between the test environment air-side regulation of the rate of temperature change (if any);
Temperature and flow rate of inlet (outlet) water on the side of the unit under test (heat source) (if any);
The rate of temperature change of the water-side condition regulation of the tested unit using (heat source) side (if any): the power consumption of the test unit;
Cooling (heat) power consumption of the tested unit;
Cooling (heat) capacity of the tested unit:
Refrigeration (heat) energy consumption coefficient of the test unit
5 monitoring requirements and monitoring methods
5.1 Monitoring the basic requirements
5.1.1 Energy utilization monitoring should be carried out in the normal operating condition of the test device. The upper limit unit and the lower limit unit shall be selected separately for the monitoring process:
The tested upper limit unit: the nominal cooling (heat) capacity is more than 75% of the test range of the maximum cooling (heat) capacity of the test device design;
The tested lower limit unit: 60 units whose nominal cooling (heat) capacity is 150% or less of the test range of the minimum cooling (heat) capacity designed for the test device.
5.1.2 Monitoring should be conducted under the conditions of outdoor ambient dry bulb temperature 20 C~30 C wet bulb temperature less than 26 C. The wind speed of outdoor air should be less than 3 m/s during measurement, and the temperature sensor should be protected against moisture and radiation.
6 Monitoring results evaluation
6.1 Monitoring and evaluation indicators
Test device energy use monitoring and evaluation indicators should meet the requirements of Table 4.
6.2 Monitoring conformity assessment
6.2.1 This document provides for the monitoring of energy use inspection projects and monitoring test project evaluation indicators shall be the minimum standard for monitoring qualified, monitoring agencies should be qualified and unqualified evaluation. All monitoring indicators are qualified to be considered qualified energy use monitoring results.
6.2.2 monitoring agencies in the monitoring report should be made to monitor the results of qualified or unqualified evaluation, and the unqualified test device to make recommendations for improvement. Test device energy use monitoring report format see Appendix A.
