This standard specifies requirements of order contents, dimension, material, manufacturing , inspection, test and mark for forged fittings, socket-welding and threaded.
This standard is applicable to the forged fittings, socket-welding and threaded that made of metallic material with a nominal dimension not be larger than DN 100.

A When the ends, welded with main pipe, are required to be processed into a shape with 45°oblique angle, "B" shall be added behind the code number; namely, the code number of a Half-Coupling with an oblique angle on one end is SHCB, the code number of a half threaded coupling with an oblique angle on one end is THCB.
4 Classes of Pipe Fittings
The classes of socket welding pipe fittings are divided into classes related to 3000, 6000 and 9000; the classes of threaded pipe fittings are divided into 2000, 3000and 6000; see Table 2 for the classes of pipe wall thicknesses which adapt to it.
