3 Type Classification
3.1 The type shall be classified according to mechanical performance of deposited metal combined by welding electrode-welding flux and heat treatment state.
3.2 The type preparation method of welding electrode-welding flux combination shall be F××××-H×××. Thereinto, letter "F" expresses welding flux; two digits behind "F" express minimum value of tensile strength of deposited metal for welding electrode-welding flux combination; the second letter expresses specimen state; "A" expresses welding state; "P" expresses post-weld heat treatment state; the third digit expresses minimum test temperature of deposited metal during impact absorbing energy no less than 27J; "-" back expresses welding electrode designation, and the welding electrode designation shall be in accordance with GB/T 14957 and GB/T 3429. If the diffusible hydrogen content in deposited metal needs to be marked, suffix "H×" may be adopted.
