Foreword
This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-202 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure of Standardization Documents and Drafting Rules".
This document replaces GB/T 11836-2009 "concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipe", compared with GB/T 11836-2009, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
Changed the range of product specifications in Table 2, the nominal internal diameter increased to 4000mm, unified the minimum design wall thickness of the pipe at all levels, and a change in the external pressure load test index of some pipes (see Table 2, 2009 version of Table 2).
added a flexible interface steel socket pipe D type (see 4.1.4): 60
c) increased the interface sealing material requirements (see 5.1.8).
d) increased the material requirements of the liner plate (see 5.1.9).
e) increased the concrete ratio design, impermeability and quality control requirements (see 5.2).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipe (hereinafter referred to as pipe), general provisions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage, product certification.
This document applies to rainwater, sewage, water diversion and agricultural drainage and irrigation and other gravity flow pipeline with the pipe. Production of other uses (such as integrated pipe corridors, underground pipeline tunnels, etc.) of the pipe, can refer to this document.
This document applies to the pipe used for trenching, jacking and other construction methods.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1
Concrete pipe
A pipe made of concrete without a steel skeleton in the wall.
4 Classification and marking
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 The pipe is divided into concrete pipe (code CP) and reinforced concrete pipe (code RCP) according to whether the configuration of the steel skeleton. 4.1.2 The pipe is graded according to the external pressure load, of which: concrete pipe is divided into two levels of work, I; reinforced concrete pipe is divided into 1, I, three levels. Concrete pipe and reinforced concrete pipe specifications, external pressure load and internal water pressure test indicators are shown in Table 1, Table 2.
5 General provisions
5.1 Raw materials
5.1.1 Cement
Cement should be used strength grade of not less than 42.5 silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, slag silicate cement, can also be used to resist sulfate silicate cement, sulfur aluminate cement. Cement quality should be in line with GB 175, GB / T 748, GB / T 20472 provisions.
5.1.2 Aggregate
5.1.2.1 fine aggregate is appropriate to use the fineness modulus of 3.3 ~ 2.0 sand. Other quality indicators of sand should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 14684 5.1.2.2 coarse aggregate should be used crushed stone, can also be used pebbles. The maximum size of the stone: concrete pipe should not be greater than the wall thickness of 1/2; reinforced concrete pipe should not be greater than the wall thickness of 1/3, and should not be greater than the net distance between the ring bar 3/4. Other quality indicators of stone should be in line with the provisions of GB/T 14685.
5.1.3 Admixtures
Admixture varieties should be determined by trial, admixture quality should be in line with the provisions of GB 8076. Should not use the admixture of the corrosion of the reinforcement.
5.1.4 Admixture
The quality of fly ash should not be lower than the relevant provisions of GB/T 1596-20174, and it is appropriate to use Class F fly ash 5.1.4.15.1.4.2 The quality of slag powder should not be lower than the relevant provisions of GB/T 18046 - 2017 in the S95 level. 5.1.4.33 Other admixtures should not have a harmful effect on product quality, should be tested and verified before use, and Conform to the provisions of the corresponding standards.
5.1.5 Water
Concrete mixing water shall comply with the provisions of JGJ63
6 Technical requirements
6.1 Concrete compressive strength
6.1.1 Concrete strength grade used for making slotted construction pipe: When the nominal inner diameter of the pipe is less than or equal to 1000mm, it should not be less than C35; when the nominal inner diameter of the pipe is greater than 1000mm, it should not be less than C35.
6.1.2 The concrete strength grade used for making the pipe for jacking construction. Should not be lower than C45. 6.1.3 The compressive strength of the concrete at the factory should not be lower than the designed concrete strength grade value.
6.2 Appearance quality
6.2.1 The inner and outer surface of the pipe shall be smooth, and the pipe shall be free of sticky skin, pockmarked surface, honeycomb, collapse, exposed tendons, hollow drums, end bruises, and the depth of local pits shall not be greater than 5mm, and the mold joints shall not leak.
Note: The surface hair pulling and tiny porosity of the pipe produced by the core mold vibration, radial extrusion and other immediate demoulding process may not be treated.
6.2.2 concrete pipe should not have cracks: reinforced concrete pipe should not have cracks on the outer surface, the width of cracks on the inner surface should not exceed 0.05mm.
But the pipe surface fish crack is not this limit.
6.3 Dimensional deviation
The dimensional deviation of each part of the pipe should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6
7 Test method
7.1 Test equipment
The main instruments and gauges for testing should comply with the provisions of GB/T 16752.
7.2 Test items
7.2.1 Concrete compressive strength
7.2.1.1 Concrete mix should be randomly sampled in the mixing plant or feeding process, the production of cubic compressive strength specimens.
7.2.1.2 The same ratio of concrete, sampling should not be less than once a day, 3 specimens as a group, each time at least 3 groups of specimens, 1 group of specimens by the same conditions as the pipe maintenance off the mold and then standard maintenance, the rest of the specimens and the pipe with the same conditions of maintenance.
7.2.1.31 group of specimens by the same conditions as the pipe maintenance after demoulding and then standard maintenance for testing and evaluation of 28d concrete compressive strength, the rest of the specimens with the same conditions as the pipe maintenance are used to test the demoulding strength, factory strength and standby.
7.2.1.4 concrete compressive strength test method should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 50081.
8 test rules
8.1 test classification and test items
8.1.1 test classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
8.1.2 test items
Factory inspection and type test items are shown in Table 7. inspection items are divided into Class A and Class B
9 logo, transportation and storage
9.1 Logo
9.1.1 Each qualified pipe surface should be marked, including: the name of the company, trademark, product mark, production date, etc.. Recommend the use of digital tags or electronic chips.
9.1.2 The surface of the pipe should be "strictly prohibited collision" logo.
10 product certificate of conformity
When the pipe leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by a unified number of enterprise product certificate of conformity, the contents of which should include.
Enterprise name, trademark, factory address, telephone.
Production date, factory date.
Executive standard.
Product varieties, specifications, external pressure load level.
Product factory inspection report.
Enterprise inspection department and inspectors to identify the seal.
