Standard for construction and acceptance of cable line - Electric equipment installation engineering
1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to ensuring the construction quality of cable line engineering, unifying the construction and acceptance criteria, and standardizing the quality control requirements and acceptance conditions during the construction.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of cable lines with rated voltage of 500kV and below and their auxiliary facilities.
1.0.3 The installation engineering of cable lines with special requirements such as those used in mines, vessels, seabed, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. shall also meet the relevant requirements of relevant professional standards.
1.0.4 The construction and acceptance of cable line shall meet the requirements specified in this standard and those in relevant current national standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 cable line
whole system consisting of cables, accessories, auxiliary equipment and auxiliary facilities
2.0.2 metallic sheath

2.0.3 armour

3 Basic requirements
3.0.1 Cables, accessories and auxiliary equipment shall meet the requirements of technical documents for product and shall be provided with product identification and qualification certificates.
3.0.2 Technical safety measures shall be taken for the construction of cable lines, and shall meet the requirements of this standard and technical documents for product.
3.0.3 Performances of fasteners such as mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and flame resistance shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. As for steel fasteners, hot-galvanized products or those with equivalent hot galvanizing performance shall be adopted except for anchor bolts.
3.0.4 For cable lines with anti-interference requirements, anti-interference measures shall be taken according to the design requirements.
4 Transportation and storage of cables and accessories
4.0.1 The transportation and storage of cables and accessories shall meet the requirements of technical documents for product to avoid strong vibration, dumping, moisture and corrosion, and the outer surface of the box body and the components in the box shall not be damaged.
4.0.2 The cable and cable drum shall not be damaged during transportation, loading and unloading. The cable drum shall not be laid flat during transportation and storage.
4.0.3 It shall be ensured that the cable drum is firm and cables are wound tightly before the cable drum is transported or rolled. The oil pipe between the oil-filled cable and the pressure oil tank shall be fixed and free of damage. The pressure oil tank shall be firm and its pressure value shall meet the technical requirements for products. The cable drum shall be rolled in the direction indicated by the arrow marked on it or in the winding direction of the cable.
4.0.4 The cables and their accessories shall be inspected according to the following requirements after being delivered to the site:
1 the technical documents for product shall be complete;
2 the rated voltage, model, specification, length and packaging of the cable shall meet the ordering requirements;
3 the cable appearance shall be in good condition and the cable end shall be sealed tightly; in case of any doubt on appearance inspection, judgment or test shall be conducted to see whether it is affected with damp;
4 the accessory components shall be complete and the material quality shall meet the technical requirements for products;
5 the pressure oil tank, oil pipe, valve and pressure gauge of oil-filled cable shall be in good condition.
4.0.5 The storage of cables and related materials shall meet the following requirements:
1 the cables shall be stored in a centralized and classified manner and shall be marked with rated voltage, model, specification and length; channels shall be available between cable drums; the foundation shall be solid and the drum shall be padded where restricted by conditions; the storage place shall be kept ventilated, dry and free of accumulated water;
2 the porcelain sleeve of cable termination shall be provided with measures to prevent mechanical damage during storage;
3 the moisture proof packaging for the insulating materials of cable accessories shall be well sealed; the insulating materials shall be stored and preserved according to the material performance and preservation requirements, and the preservation period shall meet the requirements of technical documents for product;
4 The storage and preservation of fireproofing materials such as fire bulkhead, paint, wrapping tape and plugging materials shall meet the requirements of technical documents for product;
5 the cable trays shall be kept in categories and shall not be deformed.
4.0.6 During the preservation, the cable drum and its package shall be in good condition, the marking shall be complete, and the end sealing shall be tight. The defects, if any, shall be handled promptly. The oil pressure of oil-filled cable shall be inspected regularly and recorded, and it shall not be lower than the lower limit.
