1 Scope
This part of GB 18406 specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage all regarding non-environmental pollution meat and other animal products.
This part is applicable to non-environmental pollution and healthy meat and other animal products produced and sold in China.
