1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection and acceptance methods of railway rolling stock painting, and is applicable to the painting of railway rolling stock.

3 Inspection and Acceptance Rules
3.1 Inspection of surface treatment
User representatives shall inspect rolling stock and its components to determine whether they have been subject to surface treatment in accordance with the requirements of TB/T 2879.3.
