1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for railway freight car such as painting process and quality inspection and is applicable to the whole freight car and its components and parts.

3 Paints
3.1 All paints and auxiliary materials shall meet those specified in TB/T 2879.1 and be inspected with the methods specified in TB/T 2879.2. Only qualified products can be put into use.
