3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Environmental Conditions
3.1.1 the power supply of the crane is generally three-phase AC, the frequency is 50Hz (60Hz) and the voltage is 380V. For large-scale metallurgy crane, if the driving motor capacity of single mechanism exceeds 400kW or the total capacity of the motor during use exceeds 500kW, three-phase AC, 50Hz and 3000V power supply may be recommended. Under normal operation condition, the voltage fluctuation of power supply system at crane feeder line access shall not exceed ±10% of rated value.
If there is specific requirement for power supply, it may be determined by negotiation of the supplier and the demander according to the user need.
3.1.2 Where the altitude of crane erection and use place exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity shall be checked in accordance with those specified in GB 755.
3.1.3 The operating environment temperature and humidity of crane shall meet the following requirements:
a) Operating environment temperature of crane shall generally be -10℃~+50℃;
b) Relative humidity, under +40℃ temperature, shall not exceed 50%.
Note: If above-mentioned requirements are exceeded, it shall be settled by negotiation of the supplier and the demander according to the user need.
3.1.4 Site using the crane shall be free from any flammable, explosive and corrosive gases.
3.1.5 The installation of crane rail shall be in accordance with those specified in GB/T 10183.
