1 Scope
This standard specifies the grading, type, basic requirements, structures and dimensions of wooden framed cases, the usage method of steel nails and bolts, assembly methods and tests and inspections.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of wooden framed cases with a mass of 0.5 t to 40 t and the following outer dimension: length is below 12.0 m, width and height are below 5.0 m.
When the mass or dimension of the contents of the wooden framed case exceeds the applicable range, it can also be designed according to the requirements of this standard.

3 Grading
Wooden framed cases are divided into the following two grades according to the circulation environment conditions:
Grade I: it is mainly used for complicated circulation environment, with large number of reloads, and the cases may be subjected to large external force hazards during circulation;
Grade II: it is mainly used for good circulation environment, with small number of reloads, and the cases may be subjected to small external force during the circulation.
