3.1
charging interoperability
the ability of power supply equipment of the same or different models and versions and electric vehicle to achieve charging interconnection through information exchange and process control.
3.2
charging interoperability test
the test conducted to inspect charging interoperability.
4 Inspection Rules
4.1 The vehicles shall comply with the test items corresponding to the objects under test in Annex A.
4.2 The sequence of conductive charging interoperability test for vehicle is as follows, and see Figure 1 for its schematic diagram:
a) Conduct the interoperability test of vehicle coupler according to the requirements of 6.1;
b) Conduct the communication protocol conformance test of vehicle DC charging according to GB/T 34658-2017;
c) Conduct the DC charging interoperability test of vehicle according to 6.2 and the AC charging interoperability test according to 6.3.

5 Test Conditions
5.1 Environmental conditions
Test environment conditions shall meet the following requirements:
a) Ambient temperature: +15℃ ~ +35℃;
b) Relative humidity: 45%~75%;
c) Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa ~106kPa.
5.2 Power supply conditions
The power supply conditions during the test are:
a) Frequency: 50 Hz±0.5 Hz;
b) AC power voltage: 220 V/380 V, with permissible deviation of ±5%;
5.3 Requirements for instrument and apparatus
Unless otherwise specified, the precision of instrument and apparatus used during the test shall meet the following requirements:
a) The precision of common instrument (digital) shall be selected according to Table 1 based on the error of measured value;
b) Instrument measuring the time: where the measuring time is greater than 1s, the relative error shall not be greater than 0.5%; where it is less than or equal to 1s, the relative error shall not be greater than 0.1%;
c) The range and precision of the instrument and apparatus used shall be selected according to the actual conditions of the measurement; the instrument and apparatus used shall pass the metrological verification or calibration, and their certificates shall be valid.

Error (0%, 0.5%] (0.5%, 1.5%] (1.5%, 5%] (5%, 7.5%]
Precision of instrument 0.1 0.2 0.5 1.0
Precision of digital instrument 6 digits and a half 5 digits and a half 4 digits and a half 4 digits and a half
5.4 Requirements for vehicle
5.4.1 Communication protocols for DC conductive charging for vehicle shall comply with GB/T 27930-2015.
5.4.2 For test items with requirements for charging power, the traction battery of vehicle shall be in a state of charge of a relatively low level prior to test and shall be discharged with the method specified by vehicle manufacturer. If the vehicle manufacturer has not provided a specific discharge plan, the discharge operation can be carried out through vehicle traveling (on the road or on the bench). The discharge termination conditions that may be referred to are:
a) The discharge termination conditions for a pure electric vehicle or a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that can be manually selected in pure electric mode are:
——where the vehicle cannot travel at 65% of the maximum speed for 30min, or
——where the driver is reminded to stop the vehicle because the vehicle is in a low state of charge, or
——after the vehicle travels 100km.
b) The discharge termination conditions for a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be manually selected in pure electric mode are:
——the vehicle speed is stable at 50km/h±2km/h until the engine of vehicle starts by itself, or
——if the stable speed of vehicle cannot reach 50km/h± 2km/h without starting engine, it shall drop to the appropriate vehicle speed at which it is ensured that the vehicle can travel stably and the engine does not start within the specified time or distance (determined between test organization and manufacturer) ;
The engine shall stop within 10s after self-start.
5.5 Other requirements
The AC charging connector used for the tested vehicle shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20234.2-2015, and the DC charging connector shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20234.3-2015.
6 Test Items
6.1 Inspection for socket space size
Test purpose: inspect the normal operating space of the vehicle socket.
Test method: conduct the plug test with a standard plug that meets the maximum external contour size specified in GB/T 20234.2-2015, Annex C and/or GB/T 20234.3-2015, Annex C.
Compliance judgment: the vehicle socket and vehicle plug shall be capable of connecting normally without interference.
