Sanitary ware - Smart toilet
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and function, general requirements, use functions, performance requirements, electrical safety, test methods, inspection rules, marking and identification, instructions for installation and use, packaging, transportation and storage of smart toilet.
This document is applicable to smart toilets installed on water supply and drainage pipes in civil or public buildings.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 9195 and GB/T 6952-2015 and the following apply.
3.1
smart toilet
toilet controlled by an electromechanical system or program to complete one or more functions including warm water cleaning function (buttock cleaning function, women's cleaning function)
3.2
integral smart toilet
smart water closets for which the smart electromechanical control system cannot be used separately with the water closets
Note: It is referred to as “integral machine” for short.
3.3
split smart toilet
cover board of smart water closets for which the smart electromechanical control system can be separated with the water closets, and which can be used after combination of the smart electromechanical control system and the water closets

4 Classification and function
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 Classification by materials
According to the base material, the smart toilet may be divided into ceramic smart toilet and non-ceramic smart toilet.
4.1.2 Classification by heating method
According to the heating method, it may be divided into:
a) Instantaneous smart toilet, a smart toilet that instantly heats the washing water only when in use;
b) Thermal storage smart toilet, a smart toilet that heats the washing water in a built-in water tank and stores and maintains the water temperature;
c) High-speed thermal smart toilet, a smart toilet that quickly heats the washing water in water tank when sitting, and completes the warm water cleaning function.
4.1.3 Types of valves related to structure
According to the structure, the smart toilet can be divided into integral smart toilet and split smart toilet (cover board of smart toilet).
4.2 Functions
Conditions for use of smart toilets: The ambient temperature is 0°C~40°C, the relative humidity is not greater than 95%, and the static pressure of the water supply is 0.1 MPa~0.6 MPa. The main functions include the following aspects.
a) Basic functions include: Warm water cleaning (buttock cleaning, women's cleaning) and seat heating.
b) Auxiliary functions include: Water temperature adjustment, seat temperature adjustment, mobile cleaning, nozzle self-cleaning, seat and cover slow descent, hot air drying, air temperature adjustment, nozzle adjustment, automatic flushing, etc.
c) Additional functions include but are not limited to the following features: Automatic opening and closing of the seat and cover, deodorization, massage and cleaning, flushing force adjustment, remote control, lighting, multimedia, memory, App, Wi-Fi, disinfection, etc.
