This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 22068-2008 Electrically driven compressor assembly for automobile air conditioning. Besides editorial changes, this standard technically differs from GB/T 22068-2008 mainly as follows:
——The application scope of the standard was modified (see Chapter 1 of this standard, and Chapter 1 of Edition 2008);
——Types and basic parameters of electrically driven compressor assembly were modified (see Chapter 4 of this standard, and Chapter 4 of Edition 2008);
——The nominal conditions and cooling (heating) performance factor limits of electrically driven compressor assembly were modified (see 4.3 and 5.3 of this standard, and 6.3 and 5.2 of Edition 2008);
——The requirements and test methods for noise test conditions and limits of electrically driven compressor assembly were modified (see 5.4 and 6.4 of this standard, and 6.4 and 5.3 of Edition 2008);
——The requirements and test methods were added for the exciting force of electrically driven compressor assembly (see 5.5 and 6.5);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electrically driven compressor assembly for automobile air conditioning (hereinafter referred to as "electrically driven compressor assembly").
This standard is applicable to the electrically driven compressor assembly for automobile air conditioning.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in JB/T 7249 and B/T 5773, as well as the following apply.
3.1
electrically driven compressor assembly
closed or semi-closed displacement refrigerant compressor assembly, consisting of compressor with direct current motor and drive controller, driven by a motor, used in the automobile air conditioning system of vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
Note: The two parts are independently installed and used for split-type electrically driven compressor assembly, and assembled together for integrated one.

compressor with direct current motor
closed or semi-closed structure consisting of displacement refrigerant compressor and motor.
3.3
drive controller
device connecting to the main power supply of automobile which controls the energy transmission and conversion between DC power supply and compressor motor and consists of external control signal interface circuit, motor control circuit and power driven circuit as well as protective circuit.
3.4
exciting force
periodic simple harmonic vibration force generated by the rotation unbalance mass and the running air flow pulsation of the electrically driven compressor assembly as the vibration source.
4 Type and basic parameters
4.1 Type
4.1.1 Electrically driven compressor assembly is divided by function into split-cooling type, heat-pump type and low-temperature heat-pump type, thereof:
——heat-pump type electrically driven compressor assembly shall be able to operate normally at a vaporization temperature of -10℃;
——low-temperature heat-pump type electrically driven compressor assembly shall be able to operate normally at a vaporization temperature of -25℃.
4.1.2 It is divided by structural style into integrated type and split type.
4.1.3 It is divided by displacement range into Class A, Class B and Class C, thereof:
——Class A displacement: 8 cm3/r~<25 cm3/r;
——Class B displacement: 25 cm3/r~<40 cm3/r;
——Class C displacement: ≥40 cm3/r.
4.2 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of the electrically driven compressor assembly are shown in Table 1.

4.3 Nominal conditions

a For the compressor equipped with an economizer, the economizer has a subcooling of 5 K before expansion of the air compensating circuit. At the same time, the manufacturer shall provide the pressure and temperature parameters of the refrigerant gas at the outlet of the air compensating circuit of the economizer.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
The electrically driven compressor assembly shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents (or the agreement between the user and the manufacturer) approved according to the prescribed procedures.
5.2 Appearance
The compressor with direct current motor and the drive controller shall be free from oil, rust, sharp edges and other appearance defects on the outside surface, or broken wire sheath or deformed or damaged connector.
5.3 Refrigerating (heating) capacity, input power and refrigerating (heating) performance factor
Measured refrigerating (heating) capacity of the electrically driven compressor assembly shall not be less than 95% of the nominal refrigerating (heating) capacity; measured input power shall not be greater than 110% of the nominal input power. Measured refrigerating (heating) performance factor of the electrically driven compressor assembly shall not be less than 95% of the indication value and the values specified in Table 3. Refrigerating (heating) performance factor of the electrically driven compressor assembly without a drive controller shall not be less than 110% of the values specified in Table 3.

5.4 Noise
The measured single-point maximum noise of the electrically driven compressor assembly shall not be greater than those specified in Table 4.

5.5 Exciting force
Within the allowable rotation speed range, the measured exciting force of the electrically driven compressor assembly in the directions of X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis shall not exceed the values calculated according to Formula (1):

5.6 Compressor with direct current motor
5.6.1 Internal cleanliness
The internal cleanliness of the compressor with direct current motor shall meet the following requirements:
a) The total mass of impurities inside the compressor with direct current motor shall not exceed the values specified in Table 5;
b) The impurity particle inside the compressor with direct current motor shall be no more than 0.5mm in diameter.

5.6.2 Internal moisture content
Internal moisture content of the compressor with direct current motor shall not exceed 1.5×10-3.
5.6.3 Airtightness
The total leakage of the compressor with direct current motor shall not exceed 14 g/a.
5.6.4 Compression strength
Compressor with direct current motor shells and motor lead wire terminals shall be free of leakage and abnormal deformation.
Note: In this test, breakage of any rubber sealing element is not taken into count in assessment.
5.6.5 Vibration resistance
After the vibration resistance test, the compressor with direct current motor shall meet the following requirements:
a) The compressor with direct current motor functions, free of any internal damage, or loose or damaged bolts;
b) After the airtightness test, leakage of the compressor with direct current motor shall meet the requirements of 5.6.3;
c) Test for the insulation resistance of motor stator winding to shell shall meet the requirements of 5.6.9;
d) Voltage withstand test shall meet the requirements of 5.6.10;
e) Through the retest according to the working conditions in Table 2, the measured refrigerating (heating) capacity of the electrically driven compressor assembly shall not be less than 90% of the values measured prior to the vibration resistance test; the measured refrigerating (heating) performance factor shall not be less than 82% of the values measured prior to the vibration resistance test;
f) No abnormal noise, and the noise of the electrically driven compressor assembly is increased no more than 3 dB(A);
g) The shell protection grade shall meet the requirements of 5.6.11.
5.6.6 Thermal cycle
After separate high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and temperature cycle tests, the compressor with direct current motor with enclosed air inlet and outlet shall meet the following requirements:
a) Leakage of the compressor with direct current motor shall meet the requirements of 5.6.3;
b) Test for the insulation resistance of motor stator winding to shell shall meet the requirements of 5.6.9;
c) Voltage withstand test shall meet the requirements of 5.6.10;
d) Through the retest according to the requirements of Table 2, the measured refrigerating (heating) capacity of the electrically driven compressor assembly shall not be less than 90% of the values measured prior to the thermal cycle test; the measured refrigerating (heating) performance factor shall not be less than 82% of the values measured prior to the thermal cycle test;
e) The shell protection grade shall meet the requirements of 5.6.11.
