Limit and determination of parts of harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries

1 Scope
This standard specifies the limit requirements, test methods, inspection rules and test report for parts of harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries (see Annex A).
This standard is applicable to all kinds of textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries used in the dyeing and finishing process of textile products.

3 Limit requirements
The limit of harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries shall meet those specified in Table 1.
The liquid textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries are converted according to their solid content mass fraction of 100%. The solid content is determined according to the test method specified in HG/T 4266-2011.

4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements
Unless otherwise specified, only recognized analytical reagent and Grade 3 water (specified in GB/T 6682-2008) shall be used. Unless otherwise specified, the standard volumetric solutions, preparations and products used in the test shall be prepared and calibrated according to the requirements of GB/T 601 and GB/T 603. Judgment of the inspection result shall be carried out according to the rounding-off value comparison method specified in GB/T 8170-2008, 4.3.3.
4.2 Determination of harmful aromatic amines
4-aminoazobenzene is determined according to the requirements of GB/T 24101, and the remaining 23 harmful aromatic amines are determined according to the requirements of GB 19601.
4.3 Determination of heavy metal elements
Hexavalent chromium is determined according to the requirements of GB/T 33093, while the remaining 9 heavy metal elements are determined according to the requirements of GB/T 34673.
