This part of GB 6675 specifies basic safety requirements for toys and their implementation and supervision, and legal responsibilities; the basic safety requirements cover mechanical and physical properties, flammability, chemical property, electrical performance, sanitary requirements, radiance and labeling requirement.
This part is applicable to the design or per-determination of toys for playing by children younger than 14 years old, and products not specially designed for playing but possessed of function for playing by children younger than 14 years old.
This standard is applicable to toys intended to be sold and used domestically (including toys for trial use and presented for free).
