This standard shall be abolished from the implementation date of GA 745-2008.

Requirements for Security of Self-service Bank Devices and Self-service Banks
1 Scope
This standard specifies the application mode classification, basic requirements, physical protection requirements and technical protection requirements of self-service bank devices and self-service banks, and serves as basis for the facility construction, approval and acceptance, routine inspection and security evaluation of self-service bank devices and self-service banks.
This standard is applicable to the construction of security facilities of cash self-service bank devices and self-service banks, and may serve as reference for the construction of security facilities of non-cash self-service bank devices and self-service devices of other financial institutions.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
bank self-service device
specific device provided by a bank for the customer to complete deposit, withdrawal, transfer, payment, information inquiry and other services, including cash self-service bank devices (such as automatic teller machine, automatic deposit machine, automatic deposit and withdrawal machine, foreign currency exchange machine, etc. ) and non-cash self-service bank devices (such as inquiry machines, ticket printer, card-issuing machine, etc.)

application mode
arrangement mode of self-service devices and self-service banks based on the positional relationship between the self-service bank device and the building or bank business area as well as the installation mode and replenishment mode of self-service devices

4 Application Mode Classification
4.1 Application modes of self-service bank devices
Application modes of self-service bank devices are classified into seven classes according to the positional relationship between the self-service bank device and bank business area as well as different installation and replenishment modes of self-service bank devices, as shown in Table 1.

4.2 Application modes of self-service banks
Application modes of self-service banks are classified into two classes according to the positional relationship between the self-service bank and bank business: in-bank mode and off-bank mode.
5 Basic Requirements
5.1 Site selection of self-service bank devices and self-service banks shall be carried out in full consideration of surrounding security environment and shall meet the conditions for security infrastructure construction.
5.2 for the self-service bank devices and self-service banks, the design of technical security system shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB 50348, the power supply design shall comply with those of GB/T 15408, and the design and construction procedures shall comply with those of GA/T 75 and GA 38.
5.3 The security of self-service bank devices shall comply with the relevant requirements of GA 1280.
5.4 Security tips and 24h service call shall be displayed or played on the electronic screen of a self-service bank device, and various notices shall not be pasted or sprayed on the body or surrounding wall of the self-service bank device.
5.5 The technical security system of self-service bank devices and self-service banks shall be equipped with standby UPS, which shall ensure that after the mains power failure, normal working time of the video monitoring system shall be not less than 2h, that of alarm system shall be not less than 8h, and that of the access control system lock started upon power failure shall be not less than 48h. After the mains power failure, the system shall send a power failure alarm message to the networked monitoring center.
