1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, model, requirements, test, sampling rules, judgment rules, instructions for use, packaging, transport and storage of knitted brassiere for pregnant and breast feeding women.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

components in textile products that play a connecting, decorating, marking or other role

breast feeding buttons
connecting components convenient for women to breastfeed on breast feeding brassiere, including breast feeding snap buttons and breast feeding hanging buttons
4 Product classification
4.1 It shall be classified by product purpose into brassiere for pregnant women and breast feeding brassiere.
4.2 It shall be classified by product structure into buckle type (Figure 1) and pullover type, of which the pullover type is further classified into short type (Figure 2a) and long type (Figure 2b), and the styles in the figures are only examples.
Note: Buckle type refers to a kind of products with multiple rows of under border hanging buckles that may be used to adjust the size of the under border.

5 Model
5.1 The model is indicated by the brassiere cup code, and the size is indicated by the underbust girth (in cm), for example, A75 or 75A indicates the brassiere cup is of Model A, and the underbust girth is 75 cm.
5.2 The brassiere cup code indicates the appropriate difference between the bust girth and the underbust girth, as shown in Table 1.

5.3 The underbust girth is based on 75 cm, and different sizes are divided by 5 cm steps, increasing or decreasing in turn.
5.4 The pullover type may also be indicated with the suitable brassiere cup code range and underbust girth range, such as A-B/75-80.
