1 Scope
This standard specifies general requirements, inspection preparation, inspection and judgment, inspection result and report for operation testing of security and protection system.
This standard is applicable to inspection, evaluation, supervision and management of operation state of security and protection system in Beijing.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following term and definition apply.

4 General Requirements
4.1 Security and protection system inspection shall be implemented by statutory inspection organization.
4.2 Security and protection system of organization for which security and defense is important shall be inspected at least once every two years from the date it is put into service; security and protection system of other organization shall be inspected at least once every three years.
4.3 Necessary measures shall be taken during inspection to ensure the security protection function of system.
5 Inspection Preparation
5.1 Inspection body shall collect the following technical documents when accepting security protection inspection application: system contract, formal design document, system configuration block diagram, design and system change document, system contract equipment list, equipment change list, follow-up acceptance list for concealed work, inspection reports or certificates of main equipment and software, system test report and acceptance report, documents relevant to engineering maintenance, etc.
5.2 Inspection body shall check the conformance of technical documents to relevant national, professional and provincial standards, and determine the inspection implementation scheme jointly with the Client according to system document and relevant standards.
5.3 Inspection body shall prepare inspection implementation rules according to inspection implementation scheme and the content in Tables 1~8 of this standard.
