GB 7300.201-2019 Feed additives — Part 2: Vitamins, provitamins and chemically well-defined substances having similar effect — L-Ascorbyl-2-phosphate
1 Scope
This part of GB 7300 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of L-Ascorbyl-2-phosphate for feed additive.
This part is applicable to the L-Ascorbyl-2-phosphate prepared by the reaction of L-Ascorbic acid with metaphosphate (sodium, calcium, magnesium, etc.).

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Appearance and property
This product is a white or light yellow powder.
3.2 Product specification
The product specifications can be determined according to the contract requirements, but the content of L-Ascorbate-2-phosphate (as measured by L-Ascorbate) shall not be less than 35%.
3.3 Identification
It shall conform to the maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelength of L-Ascorbate-2-phosphate, or the characteristics of the chemical reaction described in 4.4.
3.4 Technical indexes
The technical indexes shall meet those specified in Table 1.
