This Standard specifies the hygienic indexes and inspection methods of concentrated fruit and vegetable juice for food industry, as well as hygienic requirements for food additive, production process, marking, packaging, storage and transportation.
This standard is applicable to concentrated fruit and vegetable juices (pulp) for blending beverage and processing food with fruits, vegetable and other plants as ingredients and made by a series of procedures such as washing, juice extraction (or pulping), concentration and sterilization.
