1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, batching, sampling, inspection rules, markings, labels, accompanying documents, packaging, filling, transportation, and storage for medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen. It describes the test methods for determining the oxygen content and impurity content in medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen, and provides safety information for these oxygen types.
This document applies to medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen, in both gaseous and liquid forms, produced by cryogenic air separation.

4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The technical requirements for medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.2 No requirements are specified for the water content and odor of liquid oxygen.

5 Batching, Sampling, and Sampling
5.1 Batching
A batch of medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen products shall be continuously and stably produced on the same production line. A bundle of gas cylinders containing medical and aviation breathing oxygen shall be considered as one batch.
5.2 Sampling
Shall comply with GB/T 43306.
5.3 Sampling
5.3.1 For medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen in cylinders (including vacuum-insulated cylinders), sampling inspection shall be conducted randomly according to the sampling quantities specified in Table 2.

6 Test Methods
Warning — During testing, the tail gas shall be vented outdoors to prevent its accumulation indoors.
6.1 Determination of Oxygen Content
6.1.1 Paramagnetic Oxygen Analysis
6.1.1.1 Principle
Oxygen molecules are magnetized in a magnetic field, generating an additional magnetic field in the same direction as the external field, exhibiting paramagnetism. A paramagnetic oxygen analyzer typically contains a pair of nitrogen-filled glass spheres (dumbbells) mounted between the poles of a sensor's sealed chamber. A mirror is mounted on the central axis of the dumbbells, reflecting a light beam from the source onto a photosensor. Oxygen in the sample gas is drawn into the magnetic field, where the field exerts a force on the spheres, causing the dumbbells to rotate. This rotation changes the angle of the mirror, altering the light intensity received by the photosensor. To maintain a strong light signal on the photosensor, the control system drives the electromagnetic coil of the dumbbells with a current to restore them to their original position. The driving current is proportional to the oxygen content, and the oxygen content is determined by measuring the magnitude of this current.
7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Numerical rounding shall be performed using the rounding value comparison method as specified in GB/T 8170.
7.2 For medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen products in cylinders (including vacuum-insulated cylinders), if the test results for any item do not meet the requirements of Chapter 4, double the sampling shall be conducted from the same batch for retesting. If all indicators comply with the requirements of Chapter 4, the entire batch shall be deemed qualified except for the unqualified cylinder. If any item still fails to meet the requirements of Chapter 4, the entire batch shall be deemed unqualified.
7.3 For pipeline-delivered medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen products, if all test results comply with the requirements of Chapter 4, the products delivered during the sampling period shall be deemed qualified. If any test result does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4, the products delivered during the sampling period shall be deemed unqualified.
7.4 Medical oxygen and aviation breathing oxygen products in mobile pressure vessels shall be inspected individually. Products in cylinder bundles shall be inspected as one unit per bundle. If all test results comply with the requirements of Chapter 4, the contents of the packaging container shall be deemed qualified. If any test result does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4, the contents of the packaging container shall be deemed unqualified.
8 Marking, Labeling, and Accompanying Documents
8.1 Marking
