1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, transportation and storage of welded steel air reservoir (with a working pressure ≤600kPa) for air braking system of rolling stock.
This standard is applicable to newly-made welded steel air reservoir.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Air reservoir must be manufactured in accordance with the drawings approved upon relevant procedures and this standard.
