This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization—Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard was proposed by and is under the jurisdiction of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.
This standard is issued for the first time.
Technical requirement and test method of the floating body of floating PV system
1 Scope
This standard specifies the environmental conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection items and classification of the floating body of floating PV system.
This standard is applicable to floating bodies, including materials and bolts, which are produced by using medium (high) density polyethylene as the main raw material as well as additives.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
floating body
minimum unit of floating system on the water surface for installing photovoltaic modules or supporting key equipment of photovoltaic power generation system or for other auxiliary functions
3.2
connection pin
connection between floating bodies
4 Environmental conditions
The floating body is used if
a) the wave height on the water surface is not higher than 0.5m;
b) the water velocity is not higher than 0.51m/s;
c) the wind speed is not higher than 36m/s;
d) ambient temperature is -25°C~45°C;
e) snow load is not higher than 0.45kN/m2.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General
The floating body mainly includes a main floating body and an auxiliary floating body. The main floating body generally consists of a body, connecting bolts, connection pins and component mounting members. The auxiliary floating body mainly consists of a body, connection pins and connecting bolts. The floating body used for fixing with the anchoring system shall also include the mounting member of anchoring system. Each part shall meet the relevant requirements of this standard.
5.2 Materials
5.2.1 General requirements
Recycled materials are not allowed for floating materials (recycled materials do not include flash produced in the production process). The environmental protection properties, physical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, weather resistance and fire resistance of floating materials shall meet the requirements of the following clauses.
5.2.2 Environmental protection properties
The floating body shall not pollute the water, and the test results shall meet the hygiene requirements of Table 1 in GB/T 17219-1998.
5.2.3 Physical properties
5.2.3.1 Material density
The density of floating material shall not be less than 0.930g/cm3.
5.2.3.2 Water absorption
The water absorption mass fraction of floating materials shall not exceed 0.1%.
5.2.3.3 Environmental stress cracking time
The environmental stress cracking time (F50) of floating materials shall not be less than 1000h.
5.2.4 Mechanical properties
5.2.4.1 Tensile properties
