This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard was proposed by the China National Coal Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Coal Equipment of Standardization Administration of China.
Introduction
With the development of coal industry and the progress of science and technology, various specifications and models of the auto-moving return end for extensible belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as “auto-moving return end") are widely used in coal mining face. The auto-moving return end is applicable for the connection between the scraper loader and the extensible belt conveyor in the headentry of coal mine, and has the functions such as auto-moving based on the mutual support between the scraper loader and the auto-moving return end, adjusting the deflection of conveyor belt at the end of extensible belt conveyor, and adjusting the height of the scraper loader head. At present, there are many auto-moving return end manufacturers in China, but no corresponding technical standards have been formulated, which has affected the development of auto-moving return end to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate general technical conditions applicable for auto-moving return end to guide and standardize its production and manufacture.
The auto-moving return end for extensible belt conveyor
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, parameters, models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the auto-moving return end for extensible belt conveyor in the headentry of coal mine.
This standard is applicable to the auto-moving return end for extensible belt conveyor in the headentry of coal mine.
