1 Scope
This standard specifies the composition and requirements of the monitoring project system in security and protection of civil aviation transportation airport, which is the technical basis for the construction of the monitoring project system in security and protection of civil aviation transportation airport.
This standard is applicable to the design and review of the monitoring project system in security and protection of civil aviation transportation airports (including the civil part of the military & civil airport, the same below), and the construction of the monitoring project system in security and protection of flight training airports may be implemented with reference to this standard.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

class one protection unit
civil aviation transport airports with class one risks
3.2
class two protection unit
civil aviation transport airports with class two risks
3.3
class three protection unit
civil aviation transport airports with class three risks
3.4
airport restricted area
designated area in the airport with restricted access according to the security needs which includes the flight area, the passenger divided area in the terminal building and other areas that need to be controlled by public security
3.5
closed management
combination of closed facilities and effective systems to implement strict control of the airport control area
3.6
divided area of waiting passenger
area, boarding passage and shuttle bus designated in the terminal building (room) according to the safety requirements for departing passengers who have undergone safety inspection to wait for boarding
3.7
protected area
area of the airport where public access is allowed and where security monitoring is required
3.8
important area
areas where important operation departments, important equipment and facilities, valuable and dangerous goods locate at the airport and confirmed by the competent public security departments to be key prevention and strictly controlled areas
3.9
the security inspection operating area
workplaces of safety inspectors in airports (including the places used for verification, baggage inspection, open-package inspection, personal inspection, cargo inspection and other uses of the site) and duty rooms at safety inspection sites
3.10
processing schedule
pre-established plan for handling various alarm situations
3.11
blind zone
area within the alarm range that beyond control of the detector
3.12
the civil part of military and civil airport
part of an military and civil airport (runway, taxiway, patrol road, fence, etc.) that is used independently or jointly by the military and civilians for the transportation of civil passengers and goods
