According to the requirements of Notice on Printing "Preparation and Revision Plan of Engineering Construction Standards and Codes (2009)" (JIANBIAO [2009] No.88) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, JGJ 57-2000 Design Code for Theater is revised by the code drafting group through extensive investigation and by seriously summarizing practical experience, making reference to relevant international and foreign advanced standards and widely soliciting opinions. This code consists of 10 chapters, i.e., 1 General Provisions; 2 Terms; 3 Site and General Layout; 4 Lobby and Lounge; 5 Auditorium; 6 Stage; 7 Back Court; 8 Fire Prevention Design; 9 Architectural Acoustics; 10 Building Equipment. Main contents revised in this code include: 1. The division of theater scale is adjusted; relevant requirements on the third class theater are deleted. 2. Specific requirements for ticket office are added; requirements for smoking room are deleted. 3. Contents concerning stage techniques are perfected; the requirements for proscenium opening and main stage dimension are modified; section of stage audio is added. 4. The live load value of fore stage sound gallery is supplemented; the load value of mechanical stage is adjusted. 5. Provisions concerning fire evacuation of stage area are perfected; section of smoke control and smoke exhaust system is added. 6. Provisions concerning occupied reverberation time of auditorium are perfected; requirements for sound insulation and noise reduction in auditorium are supplemented. 7. Requirements for water supply and drainage of theater are supplemented; requirements for power utilization in stage area are added. In this code, the provisions printed in bold type are compulsory and must be implemented strictly. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is in charge of administration of this code and interpretation of compulsory provisions; China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. is in charge of interpretation of specific technical contents. During the process of implementation, the opinions and suggestions, if any, can be posted to China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Address: No.866, North Section of Tianfu Avenue, Chengdu, 610042, Sichuan). Code for Design of Theater Building 1 General Provisions 1.0.1 This code is formulated with view to making the design of theater building meet the basic requirements concerning use function, safety, sanitation, energy conservation, environmental protection, economy, stage techniques, etc. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of theater building subjected to construction, extension and renovation. 1.0.3 The design of theater building shall observe the principle of practicality and sustainability; the type, scale and class of theater shall be determined according to factors such as local cultural needs, functional orientation, service objects, management mode, etc. 1.0.4 The theater building may be used for performance of opera, drama and traditional Chinese opera, depending on the service purpose and viewing-performing conditions. For multi-purpose theater, the technical requirements shall be determined according to the major service purpose while considerations are given to other purpose(s). 1.0.5 The scale of theater building is divided according to the number of seats and those specified in Table 1.0.5 shall be met. The technical indexes of top class theater shall not be lower than those for the first class theater. 1.0.7 The theater building shall be subjected to stage techniques and acoustic design, and the building design shall proceed with the stage techniques and acoustic design in a synchronous and coordinated way. 1.0.8 Barrier-free design shall be carried out for the theater building, which shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50763 Codes for Accessibility Design. 1.0.9 Where the theater auditorium doubles as a cinema, the optical design and screening room shall meet the requirements of current professional standard JGJ 58 Code for Architectural Design of Cinema. 1.0.10 Apart from this code, the design of theater building shall also meet the requirements of current national standards concerned. 2 Terms 2.0.1 theater theatrical building with auditorium, stage, technical room, and rooms for actors and audience 2.0.2 auditorium the space for the audience to watch performance 2.0.3 stalls first floor of seats 2.0.4 balcony the seats floor above the first floor 2.0.5 box (in the auditorium) boxed seats along the side wall or back wall of auditorium 2.0.6 sightline point design reference point of audience sightline 2.0.7 sightline the connecting line between audience eyes and designed sightline point 2.0.8 exceeding value of vertical sightline the vertical distance between the sightline of back-row audience and the eyes of front-row audience, referred to as C-value 2.0.9 stage a generic term for performance parts of theater 2.0.10 proscenium stage the stage set with proscenium opening to separate auditorium from stage 2.0.11 thrust stage the stage stretching towards the auditorium and encircled by seats on three sides 2.0.12 arena stage the stage set in the auditorium and encircled by seats on four sides 2.0.13 main stage main performance space. The passing width of the urban road shall not be less than the total width of theater emergency exits. 3 The length of site along the urban road shall be determined according to the building scale or evacuation population, but shall not be less than 1/6 of site perimeter. 4 The site shall have at least two exits at different directions leading to the urban road. 5 The main entrance and exit of site shall not be in direct connection with expressway, or directly face the intersection of urban trunk road. 3.1.3 The space before the main entrance of theater building shall meet the following requirements: 1 The drop back distance of theater building from the boundary line shall meet the requirements of local planning; collecting and dispersing space shall be reserved as per 0.20m2/seat or above. 2 Layout of greening and parking lot shall not affect the use of collecting and dispersing space; obstacles should not be arranged. 3.1.4 Where the site of theater building adjoins two roads or is at the intersection, in addition to the requirement of 3.1.2 for main adjoining road and the requirement of 3.1.3 for the collecting and dispersing space in front of site, the sight distance of vehicles shall also be met, and the location of main entrance and evacuation exit shall comply with the local traffic planning. 3.2 General Layout 3.2.1 General layout of theater shall meet the following requirements: 1 The design of general layout shall provide clear function division and reasonable traffic streamline, prevent mixing of people flow, traffic flow and goods flow, and shall facilitate fire-fighting, parking and people stream gathering and dispersing. 2 The scenery vehicle shall be able to directly reach the handling entrance/exit. 3 Space for renovation and extension in future should be reserved. 4 Demand for layout of security check facility shall be considered. 3.2.2 Parking lot (garage) shall be set in newly-built and extended theater site, and the entrance/exit of parking lot (garage) shall be in convenient connection with the road; the number of parking stalls shall meet the requirements of local planning. 3.2.3 The road design for general layout of theater shall meet the passing demand of fire vehicle and freight vehicle, with the clear width and the clear height when passing through building not less than 4.00m respectively. 3.2.4 The environmental design and greening shall meet the requirements of local planning. 3.2.5 The equipment room in theater site shall not generate noise and vibrating disturbance to auditorium, stage and the surrounding environment. 3.2.6 For theater in complex building, independent entrance/exit leading to outdoors should be set; personnel collecting and dispersing space shall be set with corresponding marks provided. 4 Lobby and Lounge 4.0.1 The lobby and lounge shall meet the following requirements: 1 The traffic streamline and service partition shall be definite; ticket office, retail store, cloakroom and late waiting area should be set. 2 The minimum usable area shall be determined according to the construction class of theater and shall meet those specified in Table 4.0.1. Table 4.0.1 Minimum Usable Area of Lobby And Lounge (M2/Seat) Class Lobby Lounge Lobby and lounge in combination First class 0.30 0.30 0.50 Second class 0.20 0.20 0.30 3 Where multi-floor auditorium is set in theater, the lounge area at each floor should be determined according to the number of seats on the floor. 4 For theater in severe cold and cold regions, foyer shall be set at lobby. 5 Space for security check facility should be reserved. 4.0.2 The area of cloakroom shall not be less than 0.04 m2/seat, which should be properly higher for severe cold and cold regions. 4.0.3 The late waiting area should be equipped with video equipment for broadcasting the performance. 4.0.4 The ticket office of theater shall meet the following requirements: 1 The number of ticket windows (counters) should be determined as per one for every 300 seats; the center distance of two adjacent ticket windows (counters) shall not be less than 0.90m. 2 The ticket window facing outdoors shall be set with rain cover at top. 3 Striking display should be installed at ticket office to show the program, playtime, price list, etc. 4.0.5 Toilet for audience shall be arranged in theater and the toilet shall have front room. The toilet door shall not open towards the auditorium. The male female ratio of audience should take 1:1; the ratio of women toilet cubicles to men toilet cubicles (including urinals) shall not be less than 2:1. The sanitary ware shall meet the following requirements: 1 For men's room, one closet pan is set for every 150 seats, one urinal or 0.60m-long urinal gutter for every 60 seats, and one wash basin for every 150 seats. 2 For women’s room, one closet pan is set for every 20 seats and one wash basin for every 100 seats. 3 Both the men's room and women's room shall be set with barrier-free cubicle or barrier-free room. 4 Where multi-floor auditorium is set in theater, the number of sanitary ware at each floor should be determined according to the number of seats on the floor. 本规范适用于新建、扩建和政建的剧场建筑设计。 1.0.3 剧场建筑设计应遵循实用和可持续性发展的原则,并应根据所在地区文化需求、功能定位、服务对象、管理方式等因素,确定其类型、规模和等级。 1.0.4 根据使用性质及观演条件,剧场建筑可用于歌舞剧、话剧、戏曲等三类戏剧演出。当剧场为多用途时,其技术要求应按其主要使用性质确定,其他用途应适当兼顾。 1.0.5 具有舞台监督、指挥演出信号和内部通信等功能的系统。 2.0.59 舞台监视系统stage monitoring (display) system 观察舞台演出情况的视频监视系统。 3 基地和总平面 3.1 基地 3.1.1 剧场建筑基地选择应符合当地城市规划的要求,且布点应合理。 3.1.2 剧场建筑基地应符合下列规定: 1 宜选择交通便利的区域,并应远离工业污染源和噪声源。 2 基地应至少有一面临接城市道路,或直接通向城市道路的空地;临接的城市道路的可通行宽度不应小于剧场安全出口宽度的总和。 3 基地沿城市道路的长度应按建筑规模或疏散人数确定,并不应小于基地周长的1/6。 4 基地应至少有两个不同方向的通向城市道路的出口。 5 基地的主要出入口不应与快速道路直接连接,也不应直接面对城市主要干道的交叉口。 3.1.3 剧场建筑主要入口前的空地应符合下列规定: 1 剧场建筑从红线的退后距离应符合当地规划的要求,并应按不小于0.20m2/座留出集散空地。 2 绿化和停车场布置不应影响集散空地的使用,并不宜设置障碍物。 3.1.4 当剧场建筑基地临接两条道路或位于交叉路口时,除主要临接道路应符合本规范第3.1.2 条的规定、基地前集散空地应符合本规范第3.1.3条第1款规定外,尚应满足车行视距要求,且主要入口及疏散口的位置应符合当地交通规划的要求。 3.2 总平面 3.2.1 剧场总平面布置应符合下列规定: 1 总平面设计应功能分区明确,交通流线合理,避免人流与车流、货流交叉,并应有利于消防、停车和人流集散。 2 布景运输车辆应能直接到达景物搬运出入口。 3 宜为将来的改建和发展留有余地。 4 应考虑安检设施布置需求。 3.2.2 新建、扩建剧场基地内应设置停车场(库),且停车场(库)的出入口应与道路连接方便,停车位的数量应满足当地规划的要求。 3.2.3 剧场总平面道路设计应满足消防车及货运车的通行要求,其净宽不应小于4.00m,穿越建筑物时净高不应小于4.00m。 3.2.4 环境设计及绿化应符合当地规划要求。 3.2.5 剧场建筑基地内的设备用房不应对观众厅、舞台及其周围环境产生噪声、振动干扰。 3.2.6 对于综合建筑内设置的剧场,宜设置通往室外的单独出入口,应设置人员集散空间,并应设置相应的标识。 4 前厅和休息厅 4.0.1 前厅和休息厅应符合下列规定: 1 交通流线及服务分区应明确,并宜设置售票处、商品零售部、衣物寄存处、误场等候区等。 2 最小使用面积指标应按剧场的建筑等级进行确定,并应符合表4.0.1的规定。 表4.0.1 前厅和休息厅的最小使用面积指标(m2/座) 等级 前厅 休息厅 前厅与休息厅合并 甲等 0.30 0.30 0.50 乙等 0.20 0.20 0.30 3 当剧场设有分层观众厅时,各层的休息厅面积宜根据分层观众座席数量进行分配。 4 严寒和寒冷地区的剧场,前厅应设门斗。 5 宜预留安检设施的安放空间。 4.0.2 剧场的衣物寄存处,其面积指标不应小于0.04m2/座,且严寒和寒冷地区的面积指标宜适当提高。 4.0.3 剧场的误场等候区内宜设有转播现场演出的视频设备。 4.0.4 剧场的售票处宜符合下列规定: 1 售票窗(台)的数量宜为每300座设一个,相邻两个售票窗(台)的中心距离不应小于0.90m。 2 面向室外的售票窗口,其窗口上部应设置雨篷。 3 售票处宜安装醒目的显示设施,可显示出节目单、演出时间、价格表等。 4.0.5 剧场应设置供观众使用的厕所,且厕所应设前室。厕所门不得开向观众厅。观众男女比例宜按1:1计算,女厕位与男厕位(含小便站位)的比例不应小于2:1,卫生器具应符合下列规定: 1 男厕所应按每150座设一个大便器,每60座设一个小便器或0.60m长小便槽,每150座设一个洗手盆。 2 女厕所应按每20座设一个大便器,每100座设一个洗手盆。 3 男女厕所均应设无障碍厕位或设置无障碍厕所。 4 当剧场设有分层观众厅时,各层的厕所卫生器具数量宜根据各层观众座席的数量进行确定。 5 观众厅 5.1 视线设计 5.1.1 观众厅的视线设计宜使观众能看到舞台面表演区的全部。当受条件限制时,应使位于视觉质量不良位置的观众能看到表演区的80%。 5.1.2 观众厅的视点选择应符合下列规定: 1 对于镜框式舞台剧场,视点宜选在舞台面台口线中心处。 2 对于大台唇式、伸出式舞台剧场,视点应按实际需要,将设计视点适当外移。 3 对于岛式舞台,视点应选在表演区的边缘。 4 当受条件限制时,视点可适当上移,但不得超过舞台面0.30m;也可向台口线或表演区边缘后方移动,但不得大于1.00m。 5.1.3 观众厅视线超高值(C值)的设计应符合下列规定: 1 视线超高值不应小于0.12m。 2 当隔排计算视线超高值时,座席排列应错排布置,并应保证视线直接看到视点。 3 对于儿童剧场、伸出式、岛式舞台剧场,视线超高值宜适当增加。 5.1.4 舞台面距第一排座席地面的高度应符合下列规定: 1 对于镜框式舞台面,不应小于0.60m,且不应大于1.10m。 2 对于伸出式舞台面,宜为0.30m~0.60m;对于附有镜框式舞台的伸出式舞台,第一排座席地面可与主舞台面齐平。 3 对于岛式舞台台面,不宜高于0.30m,可与第一排座席地面齐平。 5.1.5 对于观众席与视点之间的最远视距,歌舞剧场不宜大于33m;话剧和戏曲剧场不宜大于28m;伸出式、岛式舞台剧场不宜大于20m。 5.1.6 对于观众视线最大俯角,镜框式舞台的楼座后排不宜大于30°,靠近舞台的包厢或边楼座不宜大于35°;伸出式、岛式舞台剧场的观众视线俯角不宜大于30°。 5.2 座席 5.2.1 观众厅的座席应紧凑,应满足视线、排距、扶手中距、疏散等要求,其面积应符合下列规定: 1 甲等剧场不应小于0.80m2/座。 2 乙等剧场不应小于0.70mm2/座。 5.2.2 剧场应设置有靠背的固定座椅。当包厢座位不超过12个时,可设活动座椅。 5.2.3 观众厅座椅应满足声学设计的要求。 5.2.4 座椅扶手中距,硬椅不应小于0.50m,软椅不应小于0.55m。 5.2.5 座席排距应符合下列规定: 1 短排法:硬椅不应小于0.80m,软椅不应小于0.90m,台阶式地面排距应适当增大,椅背到后面一排最突出部分的水平距离不应小于0.30m。 2 长排法:硬椅不应小于1.00m;软椅不应小于1.10m,台阶式地面排距应适当增大,椅背到后面一排最突出部分水平距离不应小于0.50m。 3 靠后墙设置座位时,楼座及池座最后一排座位排距应至少增大0.12m。 4 在座位升起大于0.50m时,应适当增高靠背高度。 5.2.6 每排座位排列数目应符合下列规定: 1 短排法:双侧有走道时不宜超过22座,单侧有走道时不宜超过11座;超过限额时,每增加一个座位,排距应增大25mm。 2 长排法:双侧有走道时不应超过50座,单侧有走道时不应超过25座。 5.2.7 观众席应预留轮椅座席,且座席深度不应小于1.10m,宽度不应小于0.80m,位置应方便行动障碍者入席及疏散,并应设置国际通用标志。 5.2.8 观众厅的轮椅座席数量应根据剧场规模进行确定,并应符合表5.2.8的规定: 表5.2.8 观众厅的轮椅座席数量 剧场规模 轮椅座席数量(个) 特大型 >4 大型 4 中型 3 小型 2 5.3 走道 5.3.1 观众厅内走道的布局应与观众席片区容量相适应,并应与安全出口联系顺畅,宽度应满足安全疏散的要求。 5.3.2 对于池座首排座位,除排距外,与舞台前沿之间的净距不应小于1.50m,与乐池栏杆之间的净距不应小于1.00m;当池座首排设置轮椅座席时,至少应再增加0.50m的距离。 5.3.3 两条横向走道之间的座位不宜超过20排,靠后墙设置座位时,横向走道与后墙之间的座位不宜超过10排。 5.3.4 走道的宽度除应满足安全疏散的要求外,尚应符合下列规定: 1 短排法:边走道净宽度不应小于0.80m;纵向走道净宽度不应小于1.10m,横向走道除排距尺寸以外的通行净宽度不应小于1.10m。 2 长排法:边走道净宽度不应小于1.20m。 5.3.5 观众厅纵走道铺设的地面材料燃烧性能等级不应低于B1级材料,且应固定牢固,并应做防滑处理。坡度大于1:8时应做成高度不大于0.20m的台阶。 5.3.6 观众厅的主要疏散走道、坡道及台阶应设置地灯或夜光装置。 5.3.7 当观众厅座席地坪高于前排0.50m以及座席侧面紧临有高差的纵向走道或梯步时,应在高处设栏杆,且栏杆应坚固,高度不应小于1.05m,并不应遮挡视线。 5.3.8 观众厅应采取措施保证人身安全,楼座前排栏杆和楼层包厢栏杆不应遮挡视线,高度不应大于0.85m,下部实体部分不得低于0.45m。 6 舞台 6.1 一般规定 6.1.1 主舞台和台唇、耳台的台面应采用木地板,台面应平整防滑,并应避免反光。主舞台台口镜框应避免反光。 6.1.4 主舞台上空宜设置栅顶和安装各种滑轮的专用梁,并应符合下列规定: 1 栅顶的构造应便于设备检修和人员通行,狭长形格栅缝隙不宜大于30mm,方孔形格栅缝隙不宜大于50mm。 2 栅顶标高地面至各种滑轮梁的净高不宜小于1.80m,应使站在栅顶的工作人员便于安装、检修舞台悬吊设备。 3 宜在台口两侧设置通往栅顶的通道,且楼梯不得少于2个,有条件的宜设工作电梯,电梯可由台面通往台仓、天桥、栅顶等各工作层;从主舞台面去往各层天桥和栅顶的爬梯不应采用垂直钢爬梯;当最上层两侧天桥安装吊杆卷扬机时,天桥不应设置楼梯通道。 4 当剧场不设置栅顶时,宜设舞台悬吊设备安装、检修所需要的工作桥,且工作桥的净宽不应小于0.60m,净高不应小于1.80m。 6.1.5 主舞台天桥应符合下列规定: 1 天桥应沿主舞台侧墙和后墙三面布置,天桥栏杆下部应设置0.10m高的护板,剧场两层天桥之间的高度不应大于5.00m,工作爬梯不应采用垂直钢爬梯。 2 第一层侧天桥标高宜为侧台口高度加1.00m。 3 第一层侧天桥栏杆应满足安装舞台灯具的技术要求。 4 各层侧天桥除满足设备安装所占用的空间外,其通行净宽不应小于1.00m,后天桥通行净宽不应小于0.60m。 5 安装吊杆卷扬机天桥净宽度不应小于2.20m;天桥距离滑轮梁的高度不宜小于3.00m,具体尺寸应由舞台工艺确定。 6.1.6 舞台面、天桥及台仓有配重块升降的部位应设防护网。 6.1.7 主舞台应分别设置进入后台上场的门和下场的门,且门的位置应便于演员上下场和跑场,不应设置在天幕后方。门的净宽不应小子1.50m,净高不应小于2.40m。 6.1.8 侧舞台应符合下列规定: 1 主舞台两侧宜布置侧舞台,且位置应靠近主舞台前部,当受条件限制时,可只在-侧设侧舞台,侧舞台的总面积应符合下列规定: 1)甲等剧场不应小于主舞台面积的1/2; 2)乙等剧场不应小于主舞台面积的1/3。 2 对于设有车台的侧舞台,其面积除应满足车台停放要求外,还应布置存放和迁换景物的工作面,且面积不宜小于主舞台面积的1/3。 3 侧舞台台口净宽和净高应符合表6.1.8的规定。 表6.1.8 侧舞台台口净宽和净高 建筑等级 台口净宽(m) 台口净高(m) 甲等 ≥8 ≥7 乙等 ≥6 ≥6 4 设有车台的侧舞台台口净宽,除应满足车台通行要求外,两边最少应各加0.60m。 5 条件允许的,宜在侧舞台外侧设布景组装间。 6.1.9 后舞台应根据舞台工艺设计确定,并应符合下列规定: 1 后舞台台口宜设隔声幕。 2 设有车载转台的后舞台,后舞台台口净宽除应满足车载 转台通行要求外,两边最少应各加0.60m,后舞台台口内两侧至少应各留2.00m通行宽度,后舞台台口净高宜高于主舞台台口。 3 对于设有车载转台的后舞台,其面积除应满足车载转台停放要求外,还应布置存放和迁换景物的工作面,且面积不宜小于主舞台面积的1/3。 4 后舞台宜设吊杆和灯光等设备。 6.1.10 当配置舞台活动声反射罩时,应设声反射罩的存放空间。 6.1.11 剧场宜设台仓,且台仓的面积、层高、层数等应根据使用功能确定,并应符合下列规定: 1 台仓通往舞台和后台的门、楼梯应顺畅,并均不得少于2个,应设明显的疏散标志和照明。 2 台仓里为机械舞台而设的基坑、平台、通道和检修空间,应设置固定的工作梯和坚固连续的栏杆。 6.1.12 伸出式舞台应符合下列规定: 1 台面应符合本规范第6.1.3条的规定。 2 对于附在镜框式舞台的伸出式舞台,除镜框台口外,宜在台口两侧耳台附近增设演员上下场口。 3 表演区除应设置顶光外,还应设置来自四个方位的灯光。 6.1.13 岛式舞台应符合下列规定: 1 台面应符合本规范第6.1.3 条的规定。 2 表演区除应设置顶光外,还应设置来自四个方位的灯光。 3 表演区上下场通道不得少于2 条。 6.2 乐池 6.2.1 歌舞剧场的舞台应设乐池,其他演出剧种的剧场根据演 出需要确定是否设置乐池。剧场设置乐池的面积应按容纳乐队人数进行计算,演奏员平均每人不应小于1m2,伴唱每人不应小于0.25m2,乐池面积不宜小于80m2。 6.2.2 乐池开口进深不应小于乐池进深的2/3。 6.2.3 乐池进深与宽度之比不应小于1:3。 6.2.4 对于乐池地面至舞台面的高度,在开口位置不宜大于2.20m,台唇下净高不宜低于1.85m。 6.2.5 乐池两侧均应设通往主舞台和台仓的通道,且通道口的净宽不宜小于1.20m,净高不宜小于1.80m。 6.2.6 乐池开口部分可做成机械式升降平台。 6.2.7 对于设有乐池的剧场,耳台通道应设活动栏杆。 6.3 舞台机械 6.3.1 剧场建筑设计应根据舞台机械的种类、布置位置、规格、数量等,确定机械布置所需的空间尺度、载荷及分布、预埋件、管线走向、用电负荷及控制台位置,并应满足舞台机械安装、检修、运行和操作等的要求。 6.3.2 机械舞台的台板之间及与相邻固定台板之间的缝隙不得大于12mm,高差不得大于3mm。 6.3.3 当台口内两侧设计天桥码头时,码头靠近台口墙的位置,应留出存放对开大幕的空间。 6.3.4 建筑构件和设施不得妨碍演出以及舞台设备的排列、安装和运行。 6.3.5 吊杆应符合下列规定: 1 景物吊杆间距不宜小于0.20m。 2 灯光吊杆前后与相邻吊杆的间距不应小于0.50m。 3 吊杆吊点的间距不应大于5.00m。 4 吊杆的长度和吊点的数量及间距应与台口和主舞台的宽度相适应。 5 对于设有防护冷却水幕系统的剧场,吊杆的位置不应侵占防护冷却水幕系统的安装空间。 6.3.6 对于设有假台口和灯光渡桥的舞台,天桥应设置相应的码头与假台口或灯光渡桥相连通,码头应分别与假台口上片的通道宽度、灯光渡桥通道宽度及衔接位置相对应。 6.3.7 乐池、伸出式舞台及岛式舞台的上空,应根据演出需要设置悬吊设备,建筑设计应为悬吊设备的安装提供条件。 6.3.8 舞台升降台的基坑深度应根据升降台的驱动方式和舞台工艺进行确定。 6.4 舞台灯光 6.4.1 剧场建筑设计应根据舞台灯光系统的设备位置、尺寸等,确定相关安装条件、用电负荷及技术用房需求,并应满足灯光系统安装、检修、运行和操作等的要求。 6.4.2 观众厅内应设面光、台口外侧光,并宜设台口光。面光可通过面光桥实现,台口外侧光可通过耳光室实现。 6.4.3 面光桥应符合下列规定: 1 第一道面光桥的位置,应使灯具出光口中心点到台口线的垂线与台面的夹角为45°~50°。 2 第三道面光桥的位置,应使灯具出光口中心点到台唇边沿或升降乐池前边沿的垂线与台面的夹角为45°~50°。 3 当乐池升起作为表演区时,应设两道面光。 4 面光桥宽度不应小于1.20m,净高度不应低于1.80m,面光桥与吊顶内空间宜做声学处理。 5 面光桥的长度不应小于台口宽度,下部应设0.05m高的挡板,灯具的射光口垂直方向净高不应小于0.80m,也不宜大于1.00m。 6 射光口应设金属护网,固定护网的构件不得遮挡光束射向表演区;护网孔径宜为35mm~45mm,金属丝直径不应大于1mm。 7 面光桥挂灯杆的净高宜为1.00m,两排挂灯杆的位置应由舞台工艺确定。 8 甲等剧场应至少设两道面光桥,乙等剧场应至少设一道面光桥。 9 面光灯具投射光束空间内不应有遮挡障碍物。 6.4.4 耳光室应符合下列规定: 1 第一道耳光室位置应使灯具光轴经台口侧边沿,射向表演区的水平投影与舞台中轴线形成的水平夹角不大于45°,并不应遮挡边座观众视线,不应影响台口声辐射。 2 耳光室宜分层设置,且第一层底部应高出舞台面2.50m。 3 耳光室每层净高宜为2.10m,射光口净宽不应小于1.20m。 4 当乐池升起作为表演区时,应设两道耳光。 5 射光口应设金属护网,并应符合本规范第6.4.3条第6款的规定。 6 甲等剧场设不少于两道耳光室;乙等剧场设不少于一道耳光室。 7 耳光室灯具投射光轴靠近观众厅侧墙方向1.00m范围内,不应有遮挡障碍物。 8 耳光室投光口两侧墙面宜设灯杆预埋钢构件。 6.4.5 追光室应符合下列规定: 1 甲等剧场应设追光室,并应预留3组以上容量不小于32A、220V的追光灯电源。当乙等剧场不设追光室时,可在楼座观众厅后部设临时追光位,并应预留2组以上容量不小于32A、220V的追光灯电源。 2 追光室应设在楼座观众厅的后部,并应左右各设1个,进深和宽度均不应小于3.50m,追光室的室内净高不应小于2.20m。也可在观众厅后墙上方墙内做成通长追光室。 3 追光室射光口的宽度、高度及射光口下沿距地面距离,应根据选用灯型进行计算。射光口下沿至最后一排观众的座椅地面高度不应小于1.80m。 6.4.6 当楼座挑台前沿设置灯具时,应采取相应的防护措施。 6.4.7 调光回路应根据剧场类型和舞台大小配置。甲等歌舞剧场不应少于600回路;甲等话剧场不应少于500回路;甲等戏曲剧场不应少于400回路。 除可调光回路外,舞台内灯区宜配置不少于1/3调光回路的直通电源,台口外灯区应根据需要配置相应直通电源,且每回路容量不应小于32A。 6.4.8 灯光配线应符合下列规定: 1 由可控硅(晶闸管)调光装置配出的舞台灯光回路,不宜采用多回路共用中性线方式,宜采用单相配电方式。 2 由可控硅(晶闸管)调光装置配出的舞台灯光线路,应选用金属导管、槽盒敷设,调光线路应远离音响、电视及通讯等线路。当两种线路平行敷设时,其间距应大于1.00m,当垂直交叉时,其间距应大于0.50m。 3 当可控硅(晶闸管)调光装置电源采用三相配电时,其中性线截面积应为相线的两倍。 4 舞台照明设备的接电应采用专用接插件连接,且接插件额定容量应有足够的裕度。 6.4.9 天幕地排灯区应设置相应调光回路,并应设置相应直通回路。 6.4.10 主舞台两侧的流动灯电源插座应分前、中、后设置在台板下带盖的专用电源盒内,盒内应按流动灯的数量设置回路。当主舞台设有台下机械设备时,可将流动灯电源设置在升降舞台台面或主舞台两边侧墙上。 6.4.11 舞台侧光可安装在一层侧天桥上;对于主舞台宽度在24m以上的剧场,可设置灯光吊笼或纵向灯光吊杆,数量和尺度应按舞台工艺确定。 6.4.12 不设假台口的剧场,应在台口内两侧设置台口柱光架。 6.4.13 观众厅内宜设灯光控制台接口。
