Nickel sulfate for industrial use

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transport and storage of nickel sulfate for industrial use.
This document is applicable to nickel sulfate for industrial use.
Note: This product is mainly used in electroplating industry and mainly used for producing fata and oils hydrogenation catalyst, pharmaceutical industry catalyst, dye mordant for vat dyes, metal colorant and other industrial nickel salt.

5 Classification
Nickel sulfate for industrial use is divided into two categories by use. Category I: for electroplating industry; Category II: for other chemical industries.
6 Requirements
6.1 Appearance: Emerald green granular crystals.
6.2 Nickel sulfate for industrial use shall be tested with the test methods specified in this document and shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
