1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, operating procedures and result judgement for the examination of commercial sterilization of canned food.
This standard is applicable to various canned food that is packed in sealed containers, reaches the commercial sterilization by moderate thermal sterilization and can be preserved for a relatively long time at normal temperature.
