Introduction
The detergent industry is one of the important application fields of enzyme preparations. The formulation of GB/T 42239 "Enzyme Preparations for Detergents" is of great significance for China's detergent industry to regulate the market of enzyme-containing detergent segments, guide enterprises in the industry to innovate and develop new products, prevent unscrupulous enterprises from cheating consumers, and promote the rapid and benign development of the detergent industry.
GB/T 42239 "Enzyme Preparation for Laundry" is intended to be composed of the following 2 parts:
--Part 1: alkaline protease, the purpose is to establish the classification and technical requirements of alkaline protease for washing;
--Part 2: lipase, the purpose is to establish the classification and technical requirements of lipase for washing.
1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of lipase for washing.
This document applies to the lipase made by microbial fermentation, purification and other processes for the detergent industry.

Factory inspection items for the appearance, enzyme activity specified in Table 1.
9 logo, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life
9.1 Logo
The outer packaging of the product uses the logo in accordance with the requirements of GB/T191.
Product packaging should be firmly affixed to the label. The label should include the product name, net content, the producer and (or) distributor's name, address and contact information, production date and shelf life, storage conditions, lot number and other required labeling. Chemical safety labeling content should be consistent with the requirements of GB 15258.
9.2 Packaging
The inner packaging of the product and (or) the inner coating of the packaging container should be made to meet the relevant provisions.
9.3 Transportation
The product should be lightly handled during transportation, should not be inverted, strictly prevent rain and sunlight, should not be stepped on the box and stacked heavy objects. The means of transportation should be clean, non-toxic and non-polluting. Should not be mixed with toxic, harmful, corrosive substances mixed transport.
