GB/T 40382-2021 Recycling materials for wrought aluminium alloys
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, incoming inspection and acceptance, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate as well as purchase order (or contract) information of recycling materials for wrought aluminium alloys.
This document is applicable to wrought aluminium alloy materials for investment casting (hereinafter referred to as materials) obtained from recycled aluminium after processing such as sorting.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8005.1 and the following apply.

wrought aluminium alloy materials for investment casting obtained from recycled aluminium after processing such as sorting, which meets the relevant requirements hereof
3.2
foreign material
non-metallic substance mixed in or attached to a material
Note: Including wood, textile, plastic, glass, stone, paper, sand, rubber, sludge, powder (powder, oil stain, crystalline salt, fiber powder, etc.) with a particle size of not greater than 2mm, and blocks covered with organic polymer coating on the surface, excluding the packaging material of this product and other substances that need to be used during transportation.
