Embedded channel steel
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product models, materials, processing and manufacturing requirements, product quality requirements, inspection rules and methods, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of embedded channel steel.
This standard is applicable to embedded channel steel (hereinafter referred to as "embedded channel") used in infrastructure projects such as rail transit and urban utility tunnel.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
embedded channel
special product under stress, consisting of a hot-rolled C-shaped channel steel and anchors arranged on its back, which is embedded in the prefabricated concrete member or cast-in-place concrete
3.2
anchor
anchor on the main body of the embedded channel, of which, the extended part after welding or riveting is used for effective consolidation of embedded channel with concrete and transmission of external force to concrete
3.3
T-bolt
connecting bolt used in conjunction with embedded channel for fixing various pipelines and equipment supports and hangers
3.4
twist
twisting deformation of embedded channel generated in the length direction during processing
3.5
tensile capacity
FL
maximum tensile capacity applied by a single bolt to the embedded channel along the axis of the T-bolt
3.6
shear capacity
FJ
maximum shear capacity applied by a single bolt to the embedded channel in the direction simultaneously perpendicular to the T-bolt and the axis of embedded channel (without causing a force arm state for the channel)
3.7
sliding bearing capacity
FH
allowable bearing capacity of a single bolt in the length direction of the embedded channel (without causing a force arm state for the channel)
4 Product models
4.1 Model representation
4.1.1 Model of embedded channel
4.1.1.1 Model designation of embedded channel
According to the channel steel section and the anchor shape, the model of embedded channel shall be designated as follows:
4.1.1.2 Example for model designation of embedded channel
The model designation of embedded channel should indicate No. of this standard, channel steel category, anchor shape, width of channel steel section, height of channel steel section, inner arc length of embedded channel and inner arc diameter of embedded channel, etc., as shown in the following example:
GB/T 37613-CAG-30×20-3212-5400
Keys:
CAG——embedded channel with rolled toothed plane and I-shaped anchor;
30——width of channel steel section, 30mm;
20——height of channel steel section, 20mm;
3212——inner arc length of embedded channel, 3,212mm;
5400——inner arc diameter of embedded channel, 5,400mm.
4.1.2 T-bolt
4.1.2.1 Designation of T-bolt
The T-bolt used for embedded channel shall be designated as follows according to different specifications:
4.1.2.2 Example for designation of T-bolt
The model designation of T-bolt should indicate the category, nominal diameter, effective length, property grade, etc. of the bolt, which is expressed as follows: LSA-M12×60-8.8
Keys:
LSA——T-bolt with toothed plane;
M12——nominal diameter of bolt, 12mm;
60——effective length of bolt, 60mm;
8.8——property grade of bolt, 8.8.
