1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles for energy balance of enterprise.
This standard is applicable to enterprises and independent energy consumption units within enterprises, and may also serve as a reference for other energy consumption unit.

For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

energy balance of enterprise
research on quantitative balance relationship between the total energy input and the total energy output, with enterprises (or independent energy consumption units within enterprises) as the object, and it also investigates the quantitative relationship between the enterprise energy in each link of purchase and storage, processing and conversion, transportation and distribution, and end use, as well as the energy flow of recycling and external supply, to quantitatively analyzes the energy consumption of enterprises
