Testing code for power conversion system of energy storage system
1 Scope
This document specifies the inspection methods such as appearance inspection and protection level, basic functions, electrical performance, safety performance, electromagnetic compatibility, auxiliary system, marking, packaging, testing conditions, testing instruments and equipment, etc. of electrochemistry power conversion system of energy storage system
This document is applicable to the design, manufacturing, test, testing, operation, maintenance and overhaul of power conversion system of energy storage systems with electrochemical cells as energy storage carriers and AC port voltages of 35 kV or less.

3 Terms, definitions and symbols
3.1 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 34120 and DL/T 2528 apply.
3.2 Symbols
For the purposes of this document, the following symbols apply.
Pn: the rated power, kW or MW;
Un: the rated voltage of AC port, V or kV;
Vdc_max: Maximum DC voltage of the power conversion system of energy storage system, V or kV.
4 General requirements
4.1 Before testing the power conversion system of energy storage system, relevant technical data shall be collected, the testing scheme shall be prepared and safety measures shall be formulated. The safety of testing operation shall comply with GB 26861.
4.2 The testing instruments and meters used shall be qualified by metrological verification or calibration, and shall be within the validity period;
4.3 The testing contents of power conversion system of energy storage system shall include appearance, protection level, basic functions, electrical performance, safety performance, electromagnetic compatibility, auxiliary system, logo and packaging, etc. The testing results shall be judged according to GB/T 34120.
4.4 Test data and environmental conditions shall be recorded during the testing, and a testing report (testing conditions, testing equipment, testing basis, testing process and testing conclusion, etc.) shall be issued after the testing is completed.
