This document is applicable to the production, use and quality control of synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use, prepared by absorbing hydrogen chloride gas synthesized from chlorine and hydrogen by water.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance: Synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid.
4.2 The technical indexes of industrial hydrogen shall be as specified in Table 1.
