1 Scope
This Standard specifies the indexes as well as testing, statistics and assessment methods of voltage dip and short interruption.
This Standard is applicable to AC 50Hz power system.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terminologies and definitions apply.
3.1 Voltage dip (sag)
It refers to the phenomenon that the power frequency voltage’s root mean square (RMS) of some point in the power system suddenly drops to 0.1p.u~0.9p.u, and returns to normal after temporarily sustaining for 10ms~1min.
