1 Scope
This standard specifies test of fuel cell power system for bus from the following aspects, i.e. terms and definitions, technical requirements, test items index, test process and method, insulation test, quality test, test results sorting and test report.
The test contents for fuel cell power system specified in this standard include: airtightness test, starting performance test at normal temperature, operating mode performance test, insulation test and mass measurement.
This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell power system for bus.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 20042.1, GB/T 23645-2009 and GB/T 25319-2010 and the following apply.

operating condition of fuel cell power system, marked by power.

loading rate of power
ratio of output power to rated power of fuel cell power system, expressed in %.
