1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the total content and extractable content of nine elements - lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), stibium (Sb), arsenic (As) and mercury (Hg) - in the leather and fur.
This standard is applicable to various leathers, furs and their derived products.
