1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of peracetic acid solution.
This document is applicable to peracetic acid solution formed by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid.
Note: This product is mainly used as raw material for disinfectant, bleach and organic synthetic.

The peracetic acid solution is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid with pungent smell and acetic acid smell.
5 Classification
This product is classified into two types according to its application. Type I is used as raw material for bleach and organic synthetic, and Type II is used as raw material for disinfectant.
