1 Scope
This Standard specifies the technical requirements for the Code 128, including Code 128 characteristics, data character encodation, dimensions, decoding algorithms, the application parameters which need to be defined by users and the Symbology Identifier prefix strings.
This Standard is applicable to the automatic data capture in various fields.
