1 Scope
This standard specifies the general conditions and technical requirements of amusement facilities fairy train category.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacturing, installation, reconstruction, maintenance, test and application management of amusement rides fairy train category (hereinafter referred to as "fairy train").

3 General Principles
3.1 The fairy train refers to such amusement rides that running along track and being applicable to electric power, internal combustion engine and other power-driven and similar motion mode.
3.2 The design, manufacturing, installation, reconstruction, maintenance, test, inspection and application management of fairy train shall be in carried out according to this standard, and shall be in accordance with those specified in GB 8408-2008.
3.3 The design, manufacturing, installation and application of fairy train shall be guaranteed with personal safety.
3.4 Other requirements not mentioned in this standard shall be carried out according to national relevant standards, codes and specifications.
4 Basic Design Specification
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The design of fairy train shall be provided with design instruction, design calculation note and safety analysis, and shall be in accordance with the complete design drawing of national relevant standards.
4.1.2 The design of fairy train shall be specified with the design service life of complete machine and main components, and the service life of complete machine shall not be less than 23000h.
4.1.3 The design of fairy train shall be in accordance with those specified in GB 8408-2008.
4.2 The load of fairy train shall be in accordance with those specified in 4.2 of GB 8408-2008.
4.2.1 The load shall generally include: permanent load (expressed with Gk) and variable load (expressed with Qk), and shall be selected with impact coefficient according to Table 1 of GB 8408-2008.
4.2.2 The load combination shall be in accordance with those specified in 4.2.4 of GB 8408-2008 and shall be selected by combining actual working conditions.
4.3 The value of uniformly distributed live load of personnel activity area shall be in accordance with those specified in 4.3 of GB 8408-2008.
4.4 The value of horizontal push force of personnel activity area shall be in accordance with those specified in 4.3 of GB 8408-2008.
4.5 The design calculation shall be in accordance with those specified in 4.5 of GB 8408-2008.
4.5.1 The design of fairy train shall be carried out with corresponding calculation according to specific structure: stress calculation, stiffness calculation and fatigue strength calculation.
4.5.2 The important axes, axis pins and welds shall be carried out with stress calculation, and should be carried out with fatigue strength checking calculation, and both shall meet the given safety coefficient. Those important axes and axis pins being difficult to dismantle shall be designed according to infinite lift.
4.6 The velocity of fairy train shall not be larger than 10km/h.
5 Transmission System
5.1 The design of transmission system shall be guaranteed with running safety, and the fairy train shall be in safety state when the system occurs to failure.
5.2 The fairy train shall be free from obvious skidding phenomenon during starting and running process, and the transmission mechanism shall be of normal running. The complete machine operation shall be free from abnormal vibration, impact, heating, noise and clamping phenomena.
5.3 The mechanical transmission parts shall be in accordance with those specified in 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.4, 5.3.5, 5.3.6 and 5.3.7 of GB 8408-2008.
5.4 During all kinds of running tests, the spare parts shall be free from permanent deformation and damage phenomenon.
6 Electricity
6.1 The electrical system shall be in accordance with those specified in 6.1 of GB 8408-2008.
6.2 The control system shall be in accordance with those specified in GB 8408-2008.
6.3 The safety protection shall be in accordance with those specified in 6.4.1, 6.4.2 6.4.3 6.4.4, 6.4.5 and 6.4.6 of GB 8408-2008.
6.4 The insulated isolation that is equivalent to double insulation or reinforced insulation level shall be adopted between the primary and secondary winding of power transformer for track electricity. The insulation resistance of primary and secondary winding of transformer shall not be less than 7MΩ, and the insulation resistance of transformer winding for metal enclosure shall not be less than 2MΩ.
6.5 The electrical installation shall be in accordance with those specified in 6.5 of GB 8408-2008.
6.5.1 Electrical plugs shall be arranged for the cable (conductor) connection between vehicles.
6.5.2 Current collector
Technical requirements of current collector:
a) Current collector shall be contacted well with contact wire and shall meet the requirements of current capacity. The foundation of contact device shall be flexible and reliable, and shall be with adequate capacity of compensation. The contact wire shall be abrasionproof, be flat and smooth at the joint and also shall be tightened up moderately.
b) The exerted current collector shall be provided with rainproof facilities.
