2 Standard Documents Need to Conform to Claim Conformity to the Quality Requirements
2.1 General principles
To claim conformity to the quality requirements of GB/T 12467.2, GB/T 12467.3 and GB/T 12467.4, the product standards of a manufacturer is required to conform either to the standards listed in 2.2 or to other standards that provide technically equivalent conditions.
It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to demonstrate technically equivalent conditions when standards other than those specified in 2.2 are employed. Certificates (or claims of compliance by a manufacturer) shall clearly identify the standards used by the manufacturer.

2.3 Applicability of standards
Among the activities in relation to welding quality control, the key processes (or elements) which have significant impacts on the welding quality shall be specially controlled.
——These control activities shall comply with the standards listed in Table 1 ~ Table 9.
——The standards with which the quality control for stud welding is required to comply is listed in Table 10.
Note 1: The quality requirements for fusion welding may also be used for friction welding, as appropriate (see ISO 15620).
