1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test method, inspection rule, marking, label, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride for industrial use.
This standard is applicable to anhydrous hydrogen fluoride for industrial use; such product is mainly used to prepare electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, fluorinating agent, fluorine halogen alkane, hydrofluoric acid reagent and other products containing fluorine.
