本标准规定了普通照明用非定向自镇流LED灯的能效等级、能效限定值、节能评价值和试验方法。 本标准适用于额定功率为2W~60W,额定电压为220V、频率为50Hz的不具有外加光学透镜的 普通照明用非定向自镇流LED灯。
1 Scope
This Standard specifies energy efficiency grade, allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation and test methods of non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps for general lighting services.
This Standard applies to non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps at 2~60 W rated power, 220V rated voltage and 50Hz frequency without additional optical lens for general lighting services.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions defined in GB/T24908 and the following ones apply.
3.1
The initial luminous efficacy for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting services
The ratio of initial luminous flux to measured power of non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps for general lighting services.
3.2
The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting services
The minimum value of initial energy efficiency is allowed for of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting services.
3.3
The evaluating values of energy conservation for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting services
The minimum values of initial luminous efficacy for evaluating the energy conservation level of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting service.
