1 Scope
This part of GB 30000 specifies the terms and definitions, classification, judgment logic and guidance and labelling of pyrophoric liquids
This part is applicable to the classification and labelling of pyrophoric liquids according to the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (hereinafter refer to as “GHS”).

3 Term and definition
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 13690 and the following apply.
3.1
pyrophoric liquids
liquids which can start burning within 5 minutes after contact with air even in small quantity
4 Classification standards
4.1 See GB 13690 for general rules for classification and labelling of pyrophoric liquids.
4.2 Classification standards
4.2.1 Pyrophoric liquids are classified in accordance with the N.3 test in Part 3, 33.3.1.5 of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria (Rev.5) (hereinafter referred to as "Manual of Tests and Criteria") , see Table 1.
