GB 19577-2024 Minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for heat pumps and water chillers
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for heat pumps and water chillers, describes the corresponding test methods and defines the implementation of this document.
This document is applicable to water chilling (heat pump) packages using the vapor compression cycle, low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages, water-source (ground-source) heat pumps, lithium bromide absorption water chillers (heaters), water-source high temperature heat pumps using the vapor compression cycle, indirect evaporative cooling water chillers and integrated water chilling (heat pump) packages.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18430.1, GB/T 18430.2, GB/T 18362, GB/T 18431, GB/T 10870, GB/T 19409, GB/T 25127.1, GB/T 25127.2, GB/T 25861, JB/T 14640, JB/T 14642, JB/T 12839 and the following apply.

minimum allowable values of coefficient of performance (COPc), integrated part load value (IPLV), annual cooling coefficient of performance (ACCOP) and/or cooling seasonal performance factor (CSPF) for water chilling (heat pump) packages using the vapor compression under specified standard working conditions
Note: For water-cooled comfort packages and evaporative cooling comfort packages, IPLV and COPc are assessed; for air-cooled comfort packages, CSPF and COPc are assessed; for data center-specific packages, ACCOP is assessed.
3.2
minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages
minimum allowable values of nominal coefficient of performance for heating (COPh), coefficient of performance for heating at low temperature (COPdh), heating seasonal performance factor (HSPF) and/or annual performance factor (APF) for low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages under specified standard working conditions
Note: For fan coil packages, annual performance factor (APF) is assessed for seasonal performance factor; for underfloor heating and radiator packages, heating seasonal performance factor (HSPF) is assessed for seasonal performance factor.

Note: For heat-pump packages, annual coefficient of performance (ACOP) is assessed; for heat packages, coefficient of performance (COP) for heating is assessed.
3.4

minimum allowable value of coefficient of performance (COP) or maximum value of consumption of heat source per unit cooling capacity for lithium bromide absorption water chillers (heaters) under specified standard working conditions
Note: For steam packages, consumption of heat source per unit cooling capacity is assessed; for direct-fired packages, coefficient of performance (COP) is assessed.

minimum allowable value of coefficient of performance for heating for water-source high temperature heat pumps using the vapor compression cycle under specified standard working conditions
Note: For water-source high temperature heat pumps, coefficient of performance for heating (COPH) is assessed; for heat pump high temperature hot water chillers using circulating water supply, coefficient of performance for heating (COP) is assessed.

1 范围
本文件规定了热泵和冷水机组的能效限定值及能效等级的技术要求,描述了相应的试验方法,明确了本文件的实施。

在规定的标准工况条件下,蒸气压缩循环冷水(热泵)机组的性能系数(COP)、综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)、全年综合制冷性能系数(ACCOP) 和(或)制冷季节性能系数(CSPF)的最小允许值。
注:对于水冷式舒适型和蒸发冷却式舒适型机组考核IPLV和COPc;对于风冷式舒适型机组考核CSPF和COPc 对于数据中心专用型机组考核ACCOP。
3.2
低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组能效限定值 minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for low ambient temperature air source heat pump(water chilling)packages
在规定的标准工况条件下,低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组的名义制热性能系数(COP₀)、低温制热性能系数(COP)、制热季节性能系数(HSPF)和(或)全年性能系数(APF)的最小允许值。
注:对于风机盘管型机组,季节性能系数考核全年性能系数(APF);对于地板采暖型和散热器型机组,季节性能系数考核制热季节性能系数(HSPF)。
3.3
水(地)源热泵机组能效限定值 minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for water-source (ground-source)heat pumps
在规定的标准工况条件下,水(地)源热泵机组的全年综合性能系数(ACOP)或制热性能系数(COP)的最小允许值。
注:对于热泵型机组考核全年综合性能系数(ACOP);对于单热型机组考核制热性能系数(COP)。
3.4
溴化锂吸收式冷(温)水机组能效限定值 minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for lithium bromide absorption waterchillers (heaters)
在规定的标准工况条件下,溴化锂吸收式冷(温)水机组的性能系数(COP)的最小允许值或单位制冷量加热源耗量最大值。
注:对于蒸汽型机组考核单位制冷量加热源耗量;对于直燃型机组考核性能系数(COP)。
4 能效等级
4.1 热泵和冷水机组的能效等级分为3级,其中1级能效最高。
4.2 各类热泵和冷水机组能效指标的实测值和标称值不应小于表1~表8中能效等级所对应的规定值。其中,蒸气压缩循环冷水(热泵)机组的能效等级指标采用双通道评价指标,选取综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)(见表1)或性能系数(COP)(见表2)中的一个指标体系的能效值进行能效等级判定。
注:本文件提到的蒸气压缩循环冷水(热泵)机组、低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组、水(地)源热泵机组、溴化锂吸收式冷(温)水机组、蒸气压缩循环高温热泵机组、间接蒸发冷却冷水机组和一体式冷水(热泵)机组的具体产品型式为表1~表8中提到的产品型式。
