3 Requirements
3.1 Items
The requirements are divided into inherent quality and appearance quality, thereof, the inherent quality includes breadth, allowable weight tolerance/m2 ,ball bursting strength, size change rate by water washing, color fastness to light, color fastness to washing, color fastness to rubbing and fiber content; the appearance quality includes local defect and spread defect.
3.2 Grading requirements
3.2.1 The quality of warp knitted fake fur is divided into high-grade products, first-grade products and acceptable products.
3.2.2 For the quality grading of warp knitted fake fur, the inherent quality is graded according to batches while the appearance quality is graded according to bolts. According to combination of which, the minimum grade prevail.
3.3 Safety requirements
The products shall meet the requirements of GB 18401.
3.4 Inherent quality requirements
See Table 1.
Table 1 Inherent Quality Requirements
Item High-grade product First-grade product Acceptable product
Allowable breadth tolerance/ (%) -1.5 -2.5 -3.0
Allowable weight tolerance/ (%) -3.0 -5.5 -9.0
Ball bursting strength / (N)≥ 240
Size change rate by water washing / (%) Longitudinal -3.0~+2.0 -4.5~+3.5 -6.0~+5.0
Horizontal -2.0~+2.0 -4.0~+3.0 -5.0~+4.0
Color fastness to light/grade≥ 4 4 (Light color 3) 3
Color fastness to washing/grade≥ Color change 4 3-4 With one item lower than first-grade product by 1 grade or two items lower than the first-grade product by half grade are allowed.
Staining 3 3
Color fastness to rubbing/grade ≥ Wet rubbing 3 3
Fiber content/ (%) Implemented according to the requirements of FZ/T 01053.
Note: assessment indicators of the size change rate by water washing are applicable to products with polyester filament yarn as base cloth.
3.5 Appearance quality requirements
3.5.1 Appearance quality grading
Based on bolts, the defects are divided into local appearance defects and spread defects, and such defects are braided and graded according to their effect on wear property.
3.5.2 Requirements of grading and braiding
3.5.2.1 The local appearance defect is braided as required, and each braid is graded by 5cm.
3.5.2.2 In principle, the local appearance defect is not cut off. However, the following defect shall be cut off in plant: the hole greater than 2cm, serious brushing defect, cutting defect, yarn variation, unsmooth fur surface and continuous defects with 5 braids within 1 meter and clear length greater than or equal to 2cm.
3.5.2.3 The allowable braid for each product: high-grade product: 0.2 braid/m; first-grade product: 0.4 braid/m; acceptable product: 0.5 braid/m.
3.5.2.4 See Table 2 for the appearance defect braiding requirements.
