1. General
1.0.1 The specification is applicable in petrochemical enterprises for the design of steel frame structures to sustain coolers, heat exchangers , horizontal vessels and that with air coolers on its top.
The specification is not applicable for the design of steel frame with air coolers on the top of pipeline lane.
1.0.2 During the implement of the specification, other compulsory specifications at present should also be complied with.
