1 Scope
This standard is applicable to the plate evaporator device used during evaporation and production process (hereinafter referred to as device).
This standard specifies the type denotation, basic parameter, technical requirements, installation requirements, debugging mode, acceptance requirements, mark, packing, transportation and storage of the device.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.
3.1 Plate evaporator device
It refers to the evaporator device composed of plate evaporator, preheater, separator, condenser, pumps, valve fittings, electric meter and control system.
3.2 Pressure
All shall be gauge pressure except noted.
3.3 Working pressure
It refers to the possible maximum pressure of any equipment under normal operating conditions.
3.4 Design pressure
It refers to the stress used for guaranteeing normal device working under corresponding design temperature, and this pressure value shall not be less than the working pressure.
3.5 Design temperature
It refers to the temperature of set equipment component under normal operating conditions and corresponding design pressure, and the value shall not be less than the possible maximum temperature of compression components surface under operating conditions. In any case, the temperature of compression component surface shall not exceed the allowable service temperature of component material.
3.6 Rising film
It refers to the film formed by heated liquid during heat transfer component flow and rising process under siphon action. If the heat transfer component of this flow is used for evaporator, it shall be distinguished as rising film evaporator.
3.7 Falling film
It refers to the film formed by heated liquid during heat transfer component flow and falling process under siphon action. If the heat transfer component of this flow is used for evaporator, it shall be distinguished as falling film evaporator.
4 Flow Illustration and Type Denotation
4.1 Flow illustration
This illustration shall take the triple effect evaporation device as the example (see Figure 1).

4.3 Type denotation
Taking the evaporative capacity as 5t/h, the device type with Class B control class shall be expressed into: BZ-5-B-III.
5 Basic Parameters
5.1 Rated evaporation of device
The rated evaporative capacity of device shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.

5.3 Steam consumption ratio of device
The steam consumption ratio of device shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 4.

6 Technical Requirements
6.1 General provisions
The design, fabrication, inspection and acceptance of device shall be in accordance with those specified in this standard, besides, shall comply with agreed by buyer or designated and approved relevant standard specifications and laws, meanwhile, shall meet the pattern requirements.
6.2 Plate evaporator
6.2.1 The design, fabrication, inspection and acceptance of plate evaporator shall be in accordance with those specified in Annex B.
6.2.2 THE area of plate evaporator shall be calculated according to Formula (1):
