1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and specification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product identification, instructions, transportation, packaging and storage of loader cranes.
This standard is applicable to the loader cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) installed on vehicles, and other installation forms of cranes may be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 6974.1 and GB/T 26473 as well as the following apply. For the convenience of application, some terms and definitions in GB/T 6974.1 and GB/T 26473 are listed repeatedly as follows.

power-driven crane consisting of a turntable above the base and a boom system fixed to the top of the turntable, installed on a vehicle [including a trailer(s)] for loading and unloading goods
